The Industrial Plant facility has a total area of 200,000 m2, including 60,000 m2 of buildings, & is situated in Islas Canarias 6175 Montevideo, a few kilometers from Montevideo Port. The facility can kill 6000 bovine cattle and 25,000 ovine cattle on a daily bases due to increasing consumer demand.
